摘要
大学不仅是学习专业知识的地方,更是培养人格、塑造精神的地方。高等教育实现人格的发展与完善乃是教育的应有之义,是与马克思的人的全面发展的教育理念和目标相适宜的。我国目前人格教育的现状令人担忧,人格教育本身存在许多缺陷,对此笔者将展开论述并提出解决的策略。
