摘要
课堂教学是教学过程的核心,是实现传授知识、培养能力教学目标的关键。本文以原核生物DNA复制为例,介绍了基于学生自主学习的课堂设计,即按照经典实验→问题引入→多媒体展示→自学讨论→回答问题→总结的教学模式组织课堂教学;并对具体教学实施过程进行说明,展示教学效果并分析探讨这种课堂设计的优缺点,为更好地开展生物化学的教学工作提供参考。
Classroom teaching is the core of teaching process and is very important for imparting knowledge and cultivating ability.Taking DNA duplication of prokaryotes as an example,this paper introduced one kind of class design based on students' self-motivation learning,which was arrrenged according to the model: classical experiment introduction → throwing out questions→multimedia displaying→self-studying and discussion→answering question → summary.The details of the teaching implementation was also illustrated.In order to provide consultation for the teaching of biochemistry,the effect of this class design was analysed and the advantages and disadvantages were discussed.
