摘要
本文通过对几种不同轮滑制动方法的技术动作分析,着重阐述了如何练习这些制动方法以及在实践中运用它们的技术要领,力求帮助初学者真正做到理论与实际相结合,体会动作的作用及真正含义。
Through the analysis of several different braking techniques and methods of roller skating,this article is mainly talk about how to practice these methods and techniques and apply them to the real situation.The purpose is to help the beginners fully understand the role and the meaning of those methods and then put them into the practice use.
