高校个性化就业指导教育探究

随着各大高校的不断扩招,大学毕业生的就业压力也在日益增加,就业指导在高校学生就业工作中的重要性也日益凸显。个性化就业指导由于能够结合学生自身的各种情况,实现个性化和社会化和谐统一,在高校就业指导中发挥着越来越重要的作用。但是目前,我国高校个性化就业指导的操作过程中还存在着一些问题。本文从个性化就业指导的必要性出发,分析当下存在的问题,并提出了对策。
