容器倾角及其内部液体种类和液位的评价方法 被引量:2

摘要 在已有测量技术现状的基础上,提出一个容器倾角及其内部液体种类和液位同时评价的新方法。此方案能直接应用于某些特殊的生产过程,测量容器在某个固定方向的倾斜状态,同时判别其内部液体的种类和液位的高低。具体实施方面,文中分割了一个简单的平行板电容式传感器结构:其中一块极板被分成3部分,这3部分的不同组合和另一极板可构成3个电容器,从而可得3个电容值。通过3个电容值与容器倾角及其内部液体种类和液位之间的关系,推导得出了它们之间的理论公式。最后通过理论计算和实验的方法分别验证了所获得的理论公式。结果看出,3个参量均能被较好地评价,证明文中所提方法是可实现的。 Based on existing technology, a muhifunctional method of estimating inclination angle of a container and level and kind of liquid in the container is presented. This method aims some special process and can estimate inclination angle of a container on fixed direction, at the same time, level and kind of liquid poured the container are measured. This work starts from a parallel-plate capacitor and its one electrode has been divided into three parts. Capacitances between the parts and another one of electrodes can be measured. According to relationship among the capacitance,the inclination angle, the level and the kind of this liquid,three theoretical formulas have been derived and tested by theoretical calculation and experiment. The testing results indicate that this new method is impossible.
