摘要
以碱为催化剂,通过新酚树脂与4-硝基邻苯二甲腈之间的亲核取代反应,制备了邻苯二甲腈醚化新酚树脂(BPX)。流变性能测试结果表明,BPX树脂在165~285℃间黏度值小于400mPa.s,表明该树脂具有优良的加工性能。DSC测试结果表明,BPX树脂的固化温度范围为320~420℃,固化反应峰值温度为386.24℃,固化放热约为182.26 J/g。该树脂的固化物表现出优良的耐热性,其储能模量起始下降温度高于450℃,5%失重温度(T5d)约为519℃,氮气氛围900℃残碳率约为75%。
Bisphthalonitrile-etherified xylok resin(BPX) was synthesized through nucleophilic replacing reaction between 4-nitro bisphthalonitirle and xylok resin with base as catalyst.The results of rheology test showed that the viscosity of BPX resin was below 400 MPa.s at 165~285℃,indicating that the resin possesses excellent processing capability.DSC curve of BPX resin revealed that the thermal polymerization reaction occurred at 320~420℃with peak temperature of 386.24℃ and exothermic enthalpy of 182.26J/g.BPX resin exhibited excellent thermal stability.The results of TGA showed that 5% weight loss temperature and char yield at 900℃ were about 519℃ and 75% respectively.
