摘要
有研究表明,血管紧张素AT2受体的兴奋能产生对心血管的保护作用,因此,AT2受体激动剂的研发已成为当前新药研究的热点之一。通过对血管紧张素Ⅱ的结构改造与修饰,目前已获得多种小分子拟肽类选择性血管紧张素AT2受体激动剂,而非肽类的激动剂也在研究之中。综述血管紧张素AT2受体的特征、生理作用及其激动剂构效关系研究进展。
Activated angiotensinⅡ receptor AT2 exerts cardiovascular protective effect and AT2 receptor agonists have become one of the hot topics in the research and development of new drugs.Moreover,several AT2 receptor agonists including small peptides obtained by the extensive structural modification of angiotensinⅡ and non-peptide small molecular compound have been found.This review summarized the feature and physiological function of angiotensinⅡAT2 receptor,and the structure-activity relationship of its agonists.
