摘要
本文对焦化干气制氢装置的运行工况进行了分析,从物料平衡、反应动力学和热量平衡方面对制氢装置扩量进行研究。运行数据显示烃类水蒸气重整反应的转化率达到86%,高于设计值的78%。采用VBA编程迭代法计算出了甲烷水蒸气重整反应在不同温度下的转化率数据。进行了制氢装置的物料和热量核算,提出了合理的改造建议。
In this paper, coke dry gas hydrogen unit operating conditions are analyzed, the amount of hydrogen unit expansion is studied from the aspects of material balance, reaction kinetics and heat balance. The operation data showed that the conversion rate of hydrocarbon steam reforming reaction is 86%, higher than the design value of 78%. VBA programming iterative method is used to calculate the conversion data of steam reforming reaction of methaneat different temperatures. The approximate calculation method is used for the material and heat accounting of hydrogen unit reform and reasonable proposals are obtained.
