摘要
水泥作为最早的油井堵水材料在世界各油田被广泛应用,针对水泥颗粒小、水化速度快、初终凝时间短、施工过程难以控制的问题,对水泥进行复配改性,使其具有初终凝时间可调、堵得住、易钻塞等特点。同时对复配水泥进行了性能评价及现场应用研究。结果表明:该复配G级高抗水泥堵剂(GFD-1)具有显著的低密度、易钻塞、微膨胀性、流变性好的特点,有利于后期钻塞,最大限度地避免钻塞过程中磨损套管,达到保护套管的目的,并为后续层的开发留下可操作余地,经济效益显著。
Cement as the first plugging agent in oilfields iswidely used. Aim at these problems that cement particles are small,cohesive time is short and the construction process is difficult to control, cement is formulated with additive for modification in order to make the cohesive time adjusting and easily drilling removal. Meanwhile, the capability evaluation and field application are carried out.The result shows that GFD—1 has the characteristics of low—density, easy drilling, micro expansion and better rheological behaviour,which can protect annular tube and exploit easily in later period. The economic benefits are significant in oil fields development.
