摘要
本文对胜利油田草桥稠油泥砂理化性质进行了研究,在稠油泥砂组成及危害性分析的基础上,提出了稠油泥砂高温燃烧处理技术。该技术在特种燃烧炉内实现了雾化水煤浆与稠油泥砂掺和燃烧,油泥砂中热量得到回收利用,利用两级烟气处理系统及粉尘处理系统,有效地消除了有害气体的二次污染,尾气排放达到国家标准。该技术不仅对含油污泥进行了无害化处理,同时实现了资源回收利用,具有较强的环保意义与经济效益。
Physical and chemical properties of heavy oily sludge in Shengli oil field are studied in this paper. Based on the analysis of oily sludge composition and hazardness, high—temperature combustion technology of heavy oily sludge is put forward.Mixing and burning of atomized coal—water slurry and oily sludge is realized in a special combustion furnace. By using the fluidized bed,two—stage flue gas treating system and dust recovering system, thesecondary pollution of the harmful gas emission is effectively eliminated and the tail gas quality can meet the national standards. The technology can not only realize harmless treatment, but also realize recycling of resource, it therefor has good environmental significance and economic benefit.
