摘要
采用热阻网络法,得出热管散热模组的数学模型。通过龙格-库塔(R-K)法,计算和模拟散热模组各点温度的瞬态响应。根据系统的温度响应特性,分析了热管散热模组的散热性能,以及散热器材料和风量变化对热管散热模组动态性能的影响,为改进散热器参数提供参考。
Theoretical model of heat pipe thermal module was built using thermal resistance network method.Transient temperatures of the thermal module were calculated with Runge-Kutta method.With transient temperature response of the system,thermal dispersing characteristics of the cooling structure and effects of different materials and air speed of heat radiator on dynamic performance of the heat pipe thermal module were analyzed,which may provide a reference for improving heat pipe thermal module.
