摘要
论述了住房保障中存在的问题。认为住房社会保障系统建设是实现住宅产业可持续发展的一项基础性工作,住房保障的实现是一个由相关利益主体参与的博弈过程。通过分析在拥有完善的约束、比较完善的约束和不完善的约束三种条件下,博弈主体选择的不同行动策略,提出了住房社会保障中加快个人信用体系建设步伐,完善法律法规,加强监督处罚提高寻租成本的建议。
The problems in housing security are discussed.It is considered that,the construction of housing security system is the foundation to realize the sustainable development of the housing industry.The implementation of housing security is a game process that participated by the relevant stakeholders.The different action strategies chose by the main body of game are analyzed under the conditions of complete constraints and comparatively perfect constraint and imperfect constraint.The suggestions on housing security are proposed： accelerating the pace of building personal credit system,improving laws and regulations,strengthening supervision and punishment to improve the costs of rent-seeking.
