论述了编辑人生的三个层次。第一层次为编辑生存,这个层次的编辑以编辑职业作为谋生手段。第二层次为编辑创造,这个层次的编辑以追求精神生活质量和职业的不断创新为生存目的。重点论述了编辑人生的第三层次——编辑生命。这个层次的编辑兼具编辑骨干和编辑学者的职业道德,注重创造编辑的精神境界,追求灵魂与职业的完美统一,是编辑人生的最高境界。从编辑人生的三个层次,基本可以窥见编辑职业道德修养的轨迹。
The three levels of editor＇s life are discussed.The first level is for a living.The editors of this level take the career as a means of livelihood.The second level is for creation.Editors of this level taking the pursuit of quality of spiritual life and continuous occupational innovation as survival purposes.The third level of editor＇s life,which is focused on,is wholehearted in edit.The editors of this level have the ethics of the backbone editors and editorial scholars;they focus on creating the spiritual realm;they seeking the perfect unity of soul and professional.This is the highest level of editor＇s life.The track of editor＇s professional ethics could be realized from the three levels of editor＇s life.
