肾康注射液治疗老年慢性肾脏病68例疗效观察及护理

Observation on the therapeutic effect of Shenkang injection and nursing care in the treatment of 68 elderly patients with chronic kidney disease

目的：探讨老年慢性肾脏病（CKD）患者使用肾康注射液的临床疗效及护理经验。方法：回顾分析2008年12月～2010年6月在我科住院的68例老年CKD患者应用肾康注射液治疗效果及护理措施，比较治疗前后的血肌酐、尿素氮、肝功能的变化；观察不同疗程的治疗效果。结果：采用肾康注射液治疗后，平均血肌酐下降（18．33±23．87）μmol／L，尿素氮下降（1．37±2．56）mmol／L；治疗前后患者的肝功能指标差异无统计学意义；治疗疗程0．5个月和1个月相比，血肌酐水平的降低差异无统计学意义。结论：老年CKD患者应用肾康注射液治疗可以在一定程度降低血肌酐水平，且安全性较好。

Objective ： To explore the clinical efficacy of Shenkang injection and sum up nursing experience in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic kidney disease （ CKD ）. Methods ： The therapeutic effect and nursing measures in the treatment of 68 elderly CKD patients were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were admitted to our hospital from December 2008 - June 2010. The change of serum creatinine, urea nitrogen and liver function was compared before and after the treatment and the treatment effect in the different treatment courses was observed. Results： After the treatment with Shenkang injection, the serum creatinine averagely decreased （ 18.33 ± 23.87 ） μmol / L, urea nitrogen decreased （ 1.37 ±2.56） mmol / L; the difference in the change of patient＇s liver function was not statistically significant before and after the treatment ; the difference in the decrease of serum creatinine level was not significant in the duration of treatment for 0.5 months and for one month. Conclusions： The treatment with Shenkang injection can reduce the serum creatinine level to a certain extent in the treatment of elderly patients with CKD and it is safe.
