丁基苯酞对血管性痴呆患者自由基及血液流变学的影响

Efect of Butylphthalide soft capsules on free radical and hemorheology of vascular dementia patients

目的探讨丁基苯酞对VD患者自由基的清除作用及对血液流变学的影响。方法选择60例VD患者,另选健康老人120例,其中空白对照组60例,健康组60例。观察治疗前后血清超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)、过氧化脂质(LPO)、丙乙醛(MDA)、谷胱甘肽氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性变化及血液流变学指标。结果治疗后SOD、GSH-Px升高,MDA、LPO降低(P<0.05),治疗后血液流变学各项指标均有明显改善。结论丁基苯酞软胶囊有抗MDA,LPO等自由基损伤和激活SOD,GSH-Px等抗脂质过氧化作用,并可明显降低TC、TG、LDL-C,升高HDL,改善血液流变学异常指标。

Objective To study the effect of Butylphthalide soft capsules on free radical and hemorheology vascular dementia patients.Methods 60 cases of vascular dementia patients were chosen.120 cases of healthy old men,including 60 cases in control group and 60 cases in health group were chosen.The activity changes of peroxide dismutase（SOD）,perxide lipid（LPO）,malondialdehde（MDA）and glutathione peroxidase（GSH-Px）in blood serum and hemorheology markers were observed before and after the therapy.Results After the therapy,the activity of SOD and GSH-Px increased,and MDA and LPO declined（P0.05）.Hemorheology markers obviously improved.Conclusion Butylphthalide soft capsules have the effect of resisting the damage of GSH-Px,LPO and other free radicals and activating SOD and MDA.It can dramaticaly decrease TC,TG,LDL-C,enhance HDL and improve the abnormal marker in Hemeoheology.
