盐酸曲马多与电子输注泵内包材相容性的考察 被引量:1

摘要 目的通过测定麻醉药物盐酸曲马多在电子输注泵中滞留前后的浓度,用以考察药物与输注泵的材料是否相容。方法取盐酸曲马多注射液适量,用0.9%的氯化钠注射液稀释,配制成1.0mg/ml的供试品溶液。将供试品溶液输入以医用聚氯乙烯(PVC)为材料的电子输注泵内包材中滞留0.5,1,2,4,12,24,48h。将不同采样时间的供试品溶液用高效液相色谱法测定含量。结果将供试品在48h内各个采样点的含量与未注入电子输注泵的供试品的含量进行比较,两者含量的RSD在系统误差内。结论盐酸曲马多注射液在电子输注泵中储存48h以内含量稳定。 Objective Inspect the compatibility of tramadol hydrochloride and the material of electronic infusion pumps by detecting the concentration of drugs injected into electronic infusion pumps.Methods Dilute the tramadol hydrochloride injection by 0.9% sodium chloride injection,then prepare it as the test solution(1.0 mg/ml).Inject the test solution into the PVC electronic infusion pumps and sample the solution at 0.5,1,2,4,12,24,48 h separately.Adopted the HPLC for the assay of the test solution sampled at different time.Results The RSD of the content of test solution that sampled within 48 h and test solution that is not injected into the electronic infusion pump.The content of test solution were compared in two groups Conclusion The content of the tramadol hydrochloride stored in the electronic infusion pump is stable within 48 h.
