高血压肾病临床观察及药物治疗

The clinical observation and drug treatment in hypertensive renal disease

目的探讨高血压肾病的临床表现、早期诊断及药物治疗。方法根据我院46例高血压肾病患者的临床资料进行分析。结果 46例患者中,人院时仅8例既往诊断为高血压肾病,其余均以高血压病和高血压性心脏病、心功能不全的临床表现为主。结论高血压肾病仅依赖以往常规的经典方法很难做出早期诊断,积极控制高血压是延缓高血压肾病发生、发展的关键。

Objective To discuss clinical manifestations,early diagnosis and drug treatment in hypertensive renal disease.Methods The clinical datas of 46 cases of hypertensive kidney disease were analyzed.Results 8 cases were previous hospital diagnosis of hypertensive renaldisease.The clinical manifestations of other patients were hypertension heart disease.Conclusion Hypertensive renal disease depend only on the past practices of the classical method to make early diagnosis difficult,active control of hypertension is delayed hypertension nephropathy.
