C反应蛋白在传染病中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 C-反应蛋白(CRP)是一种由肝脏合成的急性时相反应蛋白,是系统性炎症的非特异性标志,在炎性反应或组织损伤时急性期急剧升高,病情好转时很快下降。在有组织损伤及炎症情况下,特别是细菌性感染时其反应最为敏感,CRP在24h内可升高1000倍,是反映机体感染的敏感指标之一,不仅是多种疾病的标志物,也与疾病的发生发展有关,在一定程度上反映病理损伤的性质、范围和严重程度。对临床感染性疾病的诊断、监测及预后观察有重要价值。
