中药促进阑尾炎术后肠功能恢复的临床观察

Clinical observation on improving the recovery of intestinal function after the appendicitis surgery in TCM

目的:观察口服复方大承气汤对阑尾炎后肠功能恢复的疗效。方法:选择1998年3月～2010年5月我科阑尾炎术后患者102例,随机分为对照组50例和观察组52例。对照组给予补液、抗炎治疗,并嘱其早期下床活动,术后8小时饮白开水适量;观察组在给予补液、抗炎治疗,并嘱其早期下床活动的基础上,同时给予术后8小时口服复方大承气汤。两组记录均以术后肛门第一次排气时间为准。结果:观察组肛门第一次排气时间为(16.2±4.2)h,对照组为(41.2±11.4)h,两组相比观察组第一次排气时间明显小于对照组,两组相比差异性明显(P<0.05)。结论:复方大承气汤对阑尾炎术后肠功能恢复有较好的疗效。

Objective： To observe the effect on the recovery of intestinal function after the appendicitis surgery with Fufang Dachengqi decoction.Methods： To choose 102 cases of patients between March 1998 and May 2010, randomly divided them into 50 cases of control group and 52 cases of observation group. Treating the control group with fluid infusion and anti-inflammatory, meanwhile telling them to do activities as soon as possible and to drink proper water 8 hours later after the surgery. On the basement of it, giving Fufang Dachengqi decoction instead of water to the observation group. The records are up to the standerd of the first time the anus exhaust. Results To the observation group, the time is （16.2±4.2） hours while the control group is （41.2±11.4） hours. Compared with the two groups, the later one is better and the difference is obvious （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Fufang Dachengqi decoction makes better effect to recover the intestinal function after the appendicitis surgery.
