益气温阳、活血化瘀佐治顽固性心力衰竭36例

Treating 36 cases of refractory heart failure with Yiqi Wenyang and Huoxue Huayu medicine

目的:探讨经中医药益气温阳、活血化瘀辅佐治疗顽固性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法:选取36例顽固性心力衰竭患者为研究对象,入院后常规予吸氧、限纳、限入水量、强心利尿、扩血管及对症治疗,加服中药益气温阳,活血化瘀之剂。2周为一疗程。治疗前后观察其心功能情况。结果:2周后,显效20例,占55.6%;有效12例,占33.3%;无效4例、占11.1%。总有效率达88.9%。结论:经益气温阳、活血化瘀佐治顽固性心力衰竭可明显改善患者心功能,值得推广应用。

Obstract： To explore the clinical effect of treating refractory heart failure in assist by Yiqi Wenyang, Huoxue Huayu in TCM. Methods： To choose 36 cases of patients as study targets. Giving them oxygen, limiting sodium and water, dilating blood vessels, etc. Meanwhile, adding them to Yiqi Wenyang and Huoxue Huayu medicine. 2 weekes is a treatment. Observing the heart function after the treatment. Results： 2 weeks later, the markedly cases is 20, counting 55.6%; the effective cases is 20, counting 33.3%; the invalid cases is 4, counting 11.1%, the total effective rate is 88.9%. Conclusion： Treating refractory heart failure in assist by Yiqi Wenyang, Huoxue Huayu medicine can improve the heart function obviously which is worthy promoting and applicating.
