中晚期子宫颈癌放疗后再手术29例疗效分析 被引量:3

Clinical analysis of 29 cases with middle stage or late stage cervical cancer received operation after radical radiotherapy and chemetherapy

摘要 对29例宫颈癌患者放疗联合化疗后再手术的临床资料进行回顾性分析。在体外照射剂量为50~55Gy,腔内治疗剂量为4200~4900cGy,放疗同时给予PV方案化疗,放化疗结束后2~3周给予手术,手术方式为全子宫切除加双附件切除20例,次广泛切除术6例,广泛性子宫切除术3例,盆腔淋巴结清除5例。结果显示,术后病理未发现癌残留者25例,有癌残留者4例,各组淋巴结均未查到癌转移及癌残留灶,其3年,5年生存率分别为83.3%,71.4%。 The clinical date of 29 cases received operation after radiotherapy were analyzed retrospectively. The tumor dose of extenal irriadiation and brachytherapy were 50-55Gy and 4200-4900cGy respectively. At the same time, all patients received PDD add VCR chemetherapy. 2-3 weeks after radiotherapy and chemetherapy, all the patients received operation. 20 cases received total hysterectomy and Salpingo-oophorectomy, 6 cases received subradical hysterectomy, while 3 cases received radical hysterectomy among all cases, 5 patients were treated with extensive pelvic lymphadenectomy. Result: The pathological result revealed that there was no tumor remnant in 25 patients, no positive lymph node and all the incisal edges were negative. The three years and five years survival rate were 83.3% and 71.4%.
