针刺加益气疏肝养胃汤治疗胆汁反流性胃炎46例

Treating 46 cases of reflux gastritis with acupuncture plus Yiqi Shugan Yangwei decoction

目的:观察针刺加益气疏肝养胃汤治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:46例用针刺加益气疏肝养胃汤加减治疗,15天为一疗程,治疗2个疗程。结果:临床痊愈16例,显效18例,有效8例,无效3例,总有效率93.48%。结论:针刺加益气疏肝养胃汤有良好疗效。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of treating reflux gastritis with acupuncture plus YiqiShugan Yangwei decoction. Method： 46 cases of reflux gastritis were treated with acupuncture plus Yiqi Shugan Yangwei decoction, 15 days for a course, treating 2 courses. Result： 16 cases were cured, markedly effective for 18 cases, effective for 8 cases, invalid for 3 cases, the total effective rate was 93.48% in clinical. Conclusion： Treating reflux gastritis with acupuncture plus YiqiShugan Yangwei decoction had a good effect.
