摘要
从发病原因、疼痛部位、伴随症状、辨证论治诸方面对偏头痛进行辨析,认为偏头痛的病位主要在肝胆,其基本病机是肝失疏泄,挟邪上扰,头侧肝胆经络不利,不通而痛。偏头痛应从肝辨证论治。
From the etiology, pain location, accompanying symptoms, treatment in differentiation aspects to analysis migraine, considered the disease location of migraine mainly in the liver and gall, the basic pathogenesis was liver dysfunction, Xiaxieshangrao, meridian adverse of liver and gall in cephalic, the pain with obstruction. Migraine should be treated in differentiation from liver.
