腕掌背侧联合入路行陈旧性经舟状骨月骨周围脱位手术15例观察

Observation on 15 cases of the old dislocation surgery through scaphoid and lunate around combined with carpometacarpal dorsal

目的:提高对陈旧性经舟状骨月骨周围脱位的认识,并探讨其手术治疗方法。方法:对15例明确诊断为陈旧性经舟状骨月骨周围脱位患者,采用腕掌背侧联合入路结合中医的理筋手法,"欲合先离"正骨理念,内固定并修复周围韧带的方法进行治疗。结果:随访5月～24月,15例中优良率86.6%,腕关节功能恢复良好,无明显月骨坏死,无再脱位。结论:腕掌背侧联合入路行陈旧性经舟状骨月骨周围脱位手术治疗是完全治愈此种疾病的可靠方法。

Objective： To improve the awareness of the old scaphoid dislocation and investigate the surgical treatment method. Methods： To give the 15 cases of the clear-diagnosed patients carpometacarpal dorsal combined with the TCM tendon technique,treating them with ＂Yuhe Xianli＂ methods, fixed intrrnal and reparing the ligament around. Results： Following them from 5 months to 24 months, the effective rate is 86.6% among the 15 cases. The function of the wrist joint recovered well and there is no obvious lunate necrosis and joint dislocation. Conclusion： The surgery of old dislocation surgery through scaphoid and lunate around combined with carpometacarpal dorsal is the reliable method to cure this disease.
