中西医结合护理干预对脑外伤并发症发生率与生活质量的影响

Effect on treating incidence of traumatic brain injury complications and the quality of life in the integrative medicine plus nursing intervention

目的:探讨中西医结合护理干预对脑外伤疗效与并发症发生率及患者生活质量的影响。方法:对我院脑外科2009年3月至2010年10月收治的60例脑外伤患者随机分为对照组(n=30)和干预组(n=30),两组患者均采用脑外科常规治疗和常规护理,干预组在对照组的基础上给予中医辨证护理干预后进行两组并发症发生率、生活质量和死亡率比较。结果:中西医结合护理干预后,两组病人整体疗效比较干预组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),死亡率比较干预组死亡患者明显减少,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);生活质量积分比较干预组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);脑外伤病人并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:中西医结合护理干预能降低脑外伤患者的病死率,提高患者生活质量,为提高脑外科专科专病护理质量的实施提供了依据。

Objective： To investigate the effect on treating incidence of traumatic brain injury complications and quality of life in the integrative medicine plus nursing intervention. Methods： 60 cases of patients with brain trauma in our hospital from March 2009 to October 2010 were randomly divided into control group （n=30） and intervention group （n=30）, all patients were treated with conventional treatment and nursing of brain surgery, the intervention group was treated with nursing intervention in TCM differentiation more based on the control group, then compared the incidence of complication, quality of life and mortality in the two groups. Results： After the ntegrative medicine plus nursing intervention, compared the total effect of the two groups, the intervention group was better, the difference was statisti -cally significant （P〈0.05）, compared the mortality, the deaths in the intervention group was significantly reduced, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; Compared the points of quality in life, it was better in the intervention group than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; Compared the incidence of traumatic brain injury complications, the difference was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）; The integrative medicine plus nursing intervention can reduce the mortality in patients who with traumatic brain injury, improve the quality of life, provide the basis for the implementation of the quality to improve neurosurgery specialist special care.
