摘要 建立一种简便、稳定、符合临床特征的小鼠急性腹膜炎模型,对于研究急性腹膜炎发生机制及其相应治疗有着深远的意义,本文总结了目前常用的小鼠急性腹膜炎模型建立的方法,从而为相应实验研究提供思路与方法。 To establish a simple, stable and which is consistent with the clinical features of acute peritonitis model with mice, for investigating its occurring mechanism and the corresponding treatment has a far-reaching significance. This aticle summarizes the common methods of establishing the model to provide the ideas and methods for the corresponding experimental research.
