安徽省企业专利实施状况调查分析及对策研究

Investigation and Analysis of Status Quo of Enterprise Patent Implementation in Anhui Province and Countermeasures

企业专利实施是企业专利由潜在生产力转化为现实生产力的重要途径,也是企业技术创新的重要形式。文章以相关统计资料为基础,结合2006年度安徽省对1 669户企业专利实施情况进行的调查,对安徽省企业专利实施情况进行了分析、评价,并详尽分析了安徽省企业专利实施中存在的问题,提出要提高企业专利实施战略意识等对策与建议。

The patent implementation is not only an important way to transform the potential productivity of enterprise patent into a realistic one,but also a major means of technological innovation for the enterprise.Based on some related statistical data,and with the findings of 1 669 enterprises in Anhui province in 2006,this paper analyzes and appraises the status quo of enterprise patent implementation in Anhui province and points out the existing problems.Some countermeasures are also put forward,such as building the strategic awareness in this respect and so on.
