"Five Two and Three One" Talents Development Mode Based on Integration of College and Enterprise

在酒店管理专业与企业多年合作办学基础上探索出以企业冠名、设奖学金、共同管理、合作培养、就业订单为主要内容的"五二.三一"校企融合式人才培养模式,以提高学生素质,促进学院发展,增强企业竞争力。高职院校应积极从校企合作长效机制、企业选择、专业课程体系、课堂教学、实训及学生管理等方面着手构建这一模式。

＂Five two and three One＂ talents development mode is a new mode of education for hotel management specialty based on the cooperation between college and enterprise.Its main content covers enterprise naming sponsorship,scholarship sponsorship,joint management,joint training and job offer.This mode is beneficial for cultivating the quality of students,promoting the development of college and enhancing the competitiveness of enterprise.The importance must be attached to the following aspects to strengthen the construction of proposed mode in vocational colleges： long-term mechanism of cooperation between college and enterprise,selection of enterprise,professional curriculum system,classroom teaching,practical training and management of students.
