摘要
阐述了细节管理的内涵和重要性,分析了馆藏布局和阅览环境的细节、图书流通中的诸多细节、与读者沟通的行为艺术及导读标识细节这些流通服务中细节管理的焦点,强调细节管理就是处处为读者着想,用心服务,并对细节管理的可行性举措和有效实施进行了思考。
This paper expounds the connotation and importance of detail management,analyzes the focus of detail management in circulation service such as collection layout,reading environment,books＇ circulation,behavior art of communicating with readers,and guiding signs,and emphasizes the focus on readers and sincere service.Moreover,feasible and effective measures of detail management are discussed.
