摘要
从实践看,全国各高校的导师制模式呈现百花齐放,也暴露出种种弊端和不足。尽管如此,构建青导制和本导制为主体的双重导师制对教学型本科院校提高教学质量和可持续发展具有基础性作用,为此,教学型本科院校需要明确双重导师制模式,建立激励与约束机制,以及联席会议制度等。
For lack of government guidance,the practice of tutorial system mode across the country shows "a hundred flowers bloom and a hundred schools of thought contend",also exposes many defects and shortcomings.Nevertheless,the construction of double tutorial system composed mainly of undergraduate and young teacher plays a fundamental role in improving teaching quality and sustainable development.For the reason,teaching-oriented college need to made clear the double tutorial system,set up incentive and restrained system,the joint meeting and so on.
