摘要 基础教育,作为提高国民素质和建设人力资源强国的奠基工程,在我国面向21世纪的教育改革中占有重要地位。自《义务教育法》颁布后,我国基础教育取取得了辉煌成就。然而,农村基础教育仍有诸多难题亟待解决,且教育失衡现象严重,呈现弱化发展趋势。从分析当前我国农村基础教育弱化现象入手,探讨影响农村基础教育弱化发展的制度壁垒和文化屏障,以便为合理建构适合新时期农村的基础教育愿景提供思考的路径。 Basic education,as the foundation project for improving national quality and constructing a powerful country with human resources,plays an important role in China's education reform of the 21st century.Since the promulgation of Compulsory Education Law,China's basic education has got brilliant achievements.However,rural basic education still has many difficulties urgently to be solved,and education imbalance is serious with weakening trend.Therefore,the paper tries to analyze the current weakening phenomenon of our country's rural basic education,discusses the system and cultural barriers influencing the development of rural basic education's weakening,in order to provide thinking ways of rationally constructing basic education suitable for the countryside in the new period.
