摘要
胜任特征研究是管理心理学和人力资源管理领域的一个热点问题,在广泛查阅文献的基础上,通过对胜任特征的起源、概念、模型、建模方法等问题进行综述,结合国内外现有研究成果的基础上,对已有的胜任特征研究进行简单的评述。
The competency is a hot topic in the research of psychology and human resource management field.Based on extensive literature including research results domestic and abroad,the article elaborates the origin of competency,the definition,the general model of competency,and the modeling methods of competency,aiming to review the current research on competency.
