摘要
企业内外部因素都倒逼用工成本,特别是农民工的用工成本上升。企业若不修正"廉价劳动力"误判,改变使用"廉价劳动力"预期,势必在规划企业战略、塑造企业文化、培育核心竞争力等诸多企业大政上出现失误。及时调整用工心态,是一些劳动密集型企业管理者的当务之急。
Various factors of the enterprise spur that labor costs have gone up,especially migrant workers.There would be mistakes about planning enterprise strategies,molding enterprise culture,and cultivating core competence if the enterprise doesn't revise the misjudgment of cheap labor.The managers of labor-intensive industries must adjust the employment psychology timely.
