摘要
2010年8月26日,日本文部科学省发布了日本最新的体育十年政策计划《体育立国战略》。在建立"新型体育文化"的目标下,《体育立国战略》以重视人的因素和推进体育界合作,有效利用体育资源为基本出发点,并制定了五大重点实施战略。文章就日本2010《体育立国战略》的形成背景和特点进行分析和解读。
On August 26, 2010, the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science & Technology of Japan issued Sports Promotion Strategy, which contains the latest sports development policy of Japan in the following 10 years. With a target of creating a new type of sports culture and based on the principles of laying emphasis on people, improving cooperation within the sports circles and effectively using sports resources, the Strategy includes 5 major strategic measures. The article analyzes the background and characteristics of the Sports Promotion Strategy.
