摘要
齿轮是变速器的最基本也最重要的传动部件,其三维参数化设计在变速器总成的设计中十分重要,三维设计的准确与否直接关系到变速器的动力学分析是否准确。论文基于渐开线齿轮的生成原理,结合Program程序和曲线功能,开发了复杂齿轮类零件的设计程序,不同于一般教科书介绍的简单齿轮建模方法,所介绍的方法是根据实际工作中解决的众多复杂零件的建模问题所提出的,可实现双联或三联齿轮、带多组内外花键的齿轮、带多组外花键的轴等复杂零件的快速建模。
Gear is the most basic and important transmission component,and its three-dimensional parametric design is very important in the design of the transmission assembly.The exact three-dimensional design is directly related to the accurate dynamic analysis of thr transmission.In this paper,a design program of complex gear parts is developed,according to the program and curve function of Pro/E and the spread theory of involute gear.The method introduced by this paper is developed at the base of many modeling problems from personal work,which is different from ordinary modeling methods introduced by textbooks.This method can realize fast modeling of some complex parts such as double-row gear,three-row gear,a gear with internal and external splines,axis with many external splines
