摘要 自上而下的设计模式符合产品的设计思路,Pro/E软件装配模式下的骨架模型设计是自上而下设计的方法之一。设计了浆体泵泵体的参数化骨架模型,并通过骨架模型创建了泵体零件,通过改变泵体骨架模型参数,实现了泵体的参数化设计和系列化设计。Pro/E软件骨架模型反映了产品的总体结构和设计方案,保证了产品设计合理性和装配的准确性,对骨架模型进行参数化设计,可以实现各个零件的参数化设计,同时也实现了产品的系列化设计。 The top-down design mode accord with the design process for product.The skeleton model design is one of the method that top-down designs in pro/E.In this paper,the parametric design of skeleton model for body of pump is designed.The spares of pump body be designed with skeleton model.The Parametric designs and the series designs is finished with to change the parameter of skeleton model.The skeleton model of Pro/E reflected the total structure and design project of product.The skeleton model promised science of product design and the accuracy of assemble.Parameter design for spares is achieved with to parametric skeleton model,the design of a series of product is finished too
