摘要
分析了在普通车床上执行纵向自动进给操作时,容易发生的安全隐患,设计了一种既能消除安全隐患,又能简化繁琐操作的安全装置。在机电式众多方案中,进行了安全性、耐用性及低成本性等方面对比,优化筛选出如下方案:借助一个滚轮式行程开关,利用其动合、动断触头往返通断、断通的特点,控制行程和进行终端限位,最终实现刀架在纵向自动进给方向到达行程终端时立即停止并反向运动,且保证车床主电机正转时,在极短的时间内迅速实现停止和反转。该装置实现了对车床纵向自动进给自动限位,动作安全可靠。试用结果表明:该装置布置在主轴箱背面,引出线路短,不干涉车床操作和维修,几乎不受铁屑、油污的影响。
