摘要
目的研究强肌健力饮对重症肌无力呼吸肌疲劳的作用和机制。方法建立重症肌无力动物模型,观察强肌健力饮和强的松对大鼠AchRAb滴度、膈肌乙酰胆碱电位、小终板电位和病理学形态的影响。结果强肌健力组和激素组各组治疗前后AchRAb滴度下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);强肌健力组和激素组治疗后大鼠膈肌Achp和MEPP振幅升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。健康对照组、强肌健力组和激素组运动终板数量比较无明显差别(P<0.05)。结论强肌健力饮可能通过减少AchRAb的产生,增加膈肌乙酰胆碱电位和小终板电位,来改善膈肌的运动功能,减轻呼吸肌疲劳。
Aim To investigate the effect and mechanism of Qiangjijianliyin on myasthenia gravis patients with respiratory muscle weakness.Methods The changes in the titre of AchRAb,AchP and MEPP of diaphragma and pathology were observed in myasthenia gravis rats models after treatment with Qiangjijianliyin or prednisone.Results The titre of AchRAb was decreased in Qiangjijianliyin group and prednisone group after treatment(P0.05).The amplitude of AchP and MEPP in diaphragma were increased in Qiangjijianliyin group and prednisone group(P0.05).Compared with the numbers of MEP,there were no significiant differences in the three groups(P0.05).Conclusion Qiangjijianliyin might relieve the respiratory muscle weakness by reducing the titre of AchRAb and enahncing the amplitude of AchP and MEPP for improving the motor function of diaphragma.
