Risk and Prevention——Research based on High-Technology Enterprises

高新技术企业由于具有"高"、"快"、"灵"的特点,在其发展过程中存在着战略、研发、技术、市场、资金和管理等多种风险。企业作为高新技术产业的主体是风险的直接承担者,应该强化风险意识,采取多种有效措施防范和控制风险。同时,建立相关机制,有助于将高新技术产业的风险进行社会分摊,政府也应该在高新技术产业发展中起到积极的风险防护作用。

High-technology enterprises,due to their characteristics of ＂High＂,＂Swift＂ and ＂Elastic＂,are encountered with various risks during its development process,in aspects of strategy,research development,technique,market,finance and management.Such enterprises,as the main body of high-technology industry,are the direct risk bearer and therefore have the necessity to intensify risk awareness and adopt multiple risk-prevention approaches.Meanwhile,the establishment of such mechanisms is also conductive to the social risk-sharing of high-technology industry.In addition,the government should also play its role of positive risk-protection in the development of high-technology industry.
