摘要
为了更好地适应社会主义市场经济体制,既能充分发挥医院"救死扶伤"功能,保证人民群众的基本医疗需求,又有利于医院自身的发展,我院多部门联合,对欠费原因进行分析探讨,并制定了具体的实施方案,以期医院内部管理得到进一步的加强和完善。
In order to better adapt to the system of socialist market economy, let hospitals fully play the role in healing the wounded and rescuing the dying, meet the basic medical requirements of the masses and benefit the self development of hospitals, many departments in our hospital analyze and discuss the causes for medical arrears, make the concrete implementing plans so as to further strengthen and improve the internal management in our hospital.
