Study on Resistant Fatigue Properties of SBS/PS Blends

摘要 研究了熔融法制备苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)/聚苯乙烯(PS)共混物的耐疲劳性能。结果表明,随着PS含量的增加,SBS/PS共混物屈服强度增大,由韧性断裂变成脆性断裂。而断裂强度和断裂伸长率随着PS含量的增加而降低。在动态载荷作用下,SBS/PS共混物动态疲劳的最大负载和平衡负载随着PS含量的增加而增大。SBS的疲劳寿命随着PS的加入而提高。PS能降低裂纹的生长速率,阻止材料表面宏观裂纹的形成。 The resistant fatigue properties of SBS/PS blends prepared by the molten method were investigated. The results show that with the increase of the content of PS, the yield strength of SBS increases, and the fracture ways chang from brittle fracture to ductile fracture. However, the breaking strength and the elongation at break decrease with the increasing content of PS. Under the dynamic loading, the maximum load and equilibrium load of SBS increase with the increases of PS content. The fatigue life of SBS greatly increases with the addition of PS. PS can reduce the rate of crack propagation, and prohibit the formation of macro-cracks on the sample surfaces.
