摘要
通过力学性能测试和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)测试,表征了聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)/Elvaloy4170共混材料的力学性能和结构形态。研究了PET/Elvaloy4170共混材料的流变特性、动态黏弹性和加工性能。结果表明,当El-valoy4170用量在20份时,共混材料和纯PET相比,冲击强度提高,拉伸强度和弯曲强度下降,熔体流动速率(MFR)降低,同时加工性能得到改善。
The structure and properties of PET/Elvaloy4170 blends were characterized with mechanical properties tests and SEM. The theological behavior, viscoelasticity and process property of PET/Elvaloy4170 blends were studied. The results show that compared with pure PET, impact strength of the blends with 20 portion Elvaloy4170 is much better,tensile strength and bend strength are decreased,MFR is decreased, process property is improved.
