摘要
制备了一系列离子交换容量不同的全氟磺酸树脂(PFSR),采用熔融流延工艺将其制备成膜。通过对不同的PF-SR进行红外光谱表征发现在1147,984cm^(-1)处谱峰相对强度的差异反映了聚合物离子交换容量的不同。采用毛细管流变仪测试了PFSR的表观黏度、非牛顿指数、黏流活化能等流变参数,讨论了剪切速率、温度、离子交换容量对PFSR熔体的表观黏度及非牛顿指数的影响和黏流活化能随剪切速率的变化规律。结果表明,PFSR熔体的表现黏度随剪切速率、温度、离子交换容量的升高而降低;在试验温度范围内,熔体的非牛顿指数小于1,属于假塑性流体;黏流活化能随剪切速率及离子交换容量的增大而明显减小。
A series of perfluorosulfonyl fluoride resins (PFSR) with different ion exchange content were prepared and the membranes were fabricated by melt-casting technology. FTIR tests of different PFSR show that the difference of relative peak intensity at 1 147,984 cm^-1 corresponds to variant ion exchange content of different resins. The theological properties of PFSR, including apparent viscosity, non-Newtonian index , flow activation energy etc. , were investigated using a capillary rheometry. The influence of shear rate, temperature and ion exchange content on apparent viscosity and non- Newtonian index of PFSR melt and the variation of flow activation energy with shear rate were discussed. The results show that the apparent viscosity of PFSR melt is decreased with increase of shear rate,temperature and ion exchange content ,and non-New- tonian index is less than 1 in the range of test temperature, which indicates that the PFSR melt exhibits a pseudo plastic nature. The flow activation energy decreases with the increase of the ion exchange content and shear rate.
