摘要
液压综合试验台是用于测试飞机液压附件性能的重要设备;针对其试验回路多、测点分布广的特点,设计了一种基于Profibus现场总线和工业以太网的三层结构的测控网络:监控层、控制层和设备层;监控层由工控机和触摸屏组成,负责现场监控、数据归档和故障报警等任务;控制层由两台S7-300 PLC组成,负责试验过程控制和数据采集等任务;在该测控网络的基础上,综合往复试验中进口压力升率大、变化快的特点,提出了一种基于WinCC+S7-300 PLC的高速数据采集方法,利用该方法可对进口压力变化过程进行完整记录;实践证明,该方法满足试验要求,具有采集速度快、稳定性高的特点。
Hydraulic multifuctional test-bed is an important equipment which tests the performance of hydraulic components of airliner.Considering many test circuits and wide monitoring sites,a measurement and control system,which is composed of monitor level,control level and device level,is designed based on Profibus and Industrial Ethernet.Monitor level is in charge of on-site supervision,data archiving,fault alarm and so on through an IPC and touch panels;Control level which is composed of two S7-300 PLCs is in charge of test control and data acquisition.In order to record the value of entrance pressure without information loss in reciprocating test,a new method based on WinCC+S7-300 PLC is developed to acquire data at high speed.The result shows that the method can meet the actual requirement with high speed and high stability.
