摘要
针对钢铁冶金控制系统中现场控制设备多分散、数据传输信息量大,实时性和可靠性要求高的问题,设计并实现了一种基于ARM9处理器的CAN总线与以太网互联的远程测控系统,对CAN与以太网TCP数据包进行了详细分析,并阐述了CAN与TCP协议转换的软件设计思路,以及CAN控制器在Linux系统下的驱动编写方案,实现了由CAN网络与以太网构建的设备互联信息网,通过CAN网络和以太网两者的有机结合,实现了现场总线数据的远程传输,构建了一个大中型的远程测控/数据传输网络。
In order to solve the problem such as equipment dispersed,large amount of data transmission and high reliability and real-time in control system of iron and steel metallurgy,this paper introduced a interlinkage project between CAN(Controller Area Network)bus and internet based on ARM9 Microprocessor.Discussion is made on software program with CAN and TCP protocol conversion,and driver program of CAN bus in Linux.it was realized the remote transmission with Internet and CAN bus,a large remote measuring and Controlling and data transmission network is made.
