摘要
在分析现役飞机测试装备使用存在的问题基础上,针对航空兵部队多机种一体化维修保障和机动保障的需求,以及不同专业并行测试、远程技术支持需要,提出了以主控、辅控测试单元为核心,采用模块化、结构化、组合化设计,运用虚拟仪表、人工智能、网络分布式技术的新型综合自动检测系统总体设计思路,并提出了二级总线控制、系统结构和构型、以及仪器驱动程序、测试程序、故障诊断程序、开发环境等设计要求。该系统设计方案先进,技术可行,能够满足飞机全系统、专业分系统和专业子系统的不同测试要求,已在某新型飞机综合自动检测系统设计中采用,可以提高部队维修能力和效率。
According to the issue of test equipment using in the active aviation,the requirement of the maintenance and mobility support in the Air Force multi-crafts incorporation,and the demand of the simultaneous and remote technical assist with the different profession,the design methods of a new-style integrated automatic test system is proposed.In the system design,the core is master and donkey testing cell,the the designing methods of modularization,construction and combination were used.The demand of system designing has been advanced in this paper,such as system's structure and component based on two-level bus-mastering,apparatus'driver,testing and exception diagnosing program,system exploitation environment,and so on.The system,which has the advantages of advanced project and feasible technology,meet the variable test requirement for the aircraft whole system,subsystem and sub-subsystem.This designing technology has applied the project of Integrated Automatic Test System in the new-style aviation,which can advance army's maintain ability and efficiency.
