戒毒康的戒毒作用研究

Study on Effects of Jiedukang in Drug Addiction Treatments

目的研究戒毒康的戒毒作用,为戒毒康的新药开发提供实验基础。方法利用热板镇痛试验和醋酸扭体试验观察戒毒康的镇痛作用;利用对域上剂量戊巴比妥钠麻醉协同作用观察戒毒康的催眠效果;利用吗啡成瘾小鼠模型观察戒毒康对药物依赖性戒断后的治疗作用。结果戒毒康能减少醋酸致小鼠扭体的次数,延长小鼠舔后足的潜伏期;与戊巴比钠域上剂量的催眠作用有协同作用;抑制小鼠吗啡成瘾戒断后的跳跃,恢复戒断后的体重。结论戒毒康有明显的镇痛、催眠和改善小鼠吗啡依赖性戒断后的症状作用,有较好的新药开发前景。

OBJECTIVE To study the effects of Jiedukang for treating drug addicts and to provide preliminary experiment basement.METHODS Hot plate inducing pain method and acetic acid writhing method were used to observe the analgesic effects.And up-limen dose of pentobarbital sodium was used to observe the hypnotic action.Morphine addicted model in mouse was used to observe the treating effects of relieve drug withdrawal symptoms.RESULTS Jiedukang could decrease the degree of body torsion caused by acetic acid and prolong foot-licking latency in hot plate test;cooperate with pentobarbital sodium＇s up-limen dose hypnotic effect;restrain the jumping of morphine-withdrawal mice and regain their bodyweight.CONCLUSION Jiedukang has analgesia,hypnotic effects and can relieve mophine withdrawal symptoms.It has good prospects for new drug development.
