实践取向的西部农村职业教育发展策略探讨

近年来西部经济社会发展迅速,但是,农村职业教育中问题较多,特别是西部农村职业教育专业结构不合理、学生实践技能培养不到位、教育导向背离农村发展实际等,严重制约着西部农村经济的持续快速发展。为此,必须通过围绕西部农村建设需要尽快调整农村职业教育专业结构、开发项目课程,突出实践导向、加强工学结合,强化职业技能和政府提供农村职业教育经费等措施,实现西部农村职业教育与区域经济的协调持续快速发展。

The society and economy develop quickly in western China recent years, but there are many problems in western rural vocational education, especially, the vocational education specialty structure isn＇ t suitable, vocational school students are short of technical ability, vocational education orientation deviates from rural development demand, and so on, which seriously restrict the fast and sustainable development of western rural economy. Therefore, we must adjust the western rural vocational education specialty structure according to the development of western countryside, develop practice-oriented project curriculum, strengthen the cooperation between study and work to improve the students＇ technical abilities, and appeal the government to provide more economic aids for the rural vocational education in western China to help western rural vocational education and economy develop cluicklv and sustainablv.
