建设社会主义新农村背景下发展农村职业教育的路径探讨

Approaches to the Development of the Vocational Education in Countryside under the Background of Building New Socialist Countryside

建设社会主义新农村,需要大批有文化、懂技术、会经营的新型农民,这一切的实现很大程度上依靠教育特别是职业教育,职业教育在新农村建设中大有作为。文章阐述了农村职业教育在提高劳动力素质、促进农村剩余劳动力转移、培养技能型人才等方面的作用,分析了目前农村职业教育中存在的问题,并就如何发展农村职业教育提出了建议。

Numbers of new farmers with knowledge, skills and capacity of management are needed during the Building of the new socialist countryside. The cultivation of the ability of these new farmers to some degree depends on education, especially vocational education, which will go far in the building of the new socialist countryside. This paper sets forth the effects of the vocational education on improving the quality of the labor force, enhancing the flow of the surplus rural labors, and cultivation skillful work force, analyses the problems in the vocational education and, puts forward suggestions on how to develop the vocational education in the countryside.
