摘要
用Ansoft公司的Maxwell 2D模块建立了石油钻机永磁同步电动机(PMSM)模型。通过电磁场有限元分析,得到了一组电流及磁密分布等的特性曲线,精确计算出电机性能参数,并在此基础上对电机进行优化设计;最后对优化后的电机计算分析三相瞬态短路故障情况下PMSM的运行特性,具有实际工程意义。
This paper adopted Ansoft /Maxwell 2D module to set up permanent magnetic synchronous motor (PMSM) used for oil rig. Then, computed motor parameters accurately and obtained characteristic curves of torque, current, counter emf and magnetic flux density. Furthermore, optimized the motor design based on the above work. Finally, analyzed the running performance of the optimized PMSM in condition of 3-phase transient short-circuit. This paper is of engineering practice.
